Who sells
Handig Plus is sold by nealvdv, the sole proprietorship of Neal Van de Velde, Belgium, enterprise number BE 0671.938.794. You can reach us at contact@nealvdv.be.
What Handig Plus is
A subscription to Handig, the portal with seven apps for everyday file jobs. Plus gives you one account for all apps and supports the free tools. Which Plus features exist is stated honestly on the Plus page and in each app. The free tools stay free and unlimited, with or without Plus.
Price and payment
The prices on the Plus page include 21 % VAT. You pay through Mollie, for example with Bancontact or a card. With the first payment you allow Mollie to collect the following instalments.
Term and renewal
You choose monthly or yearly. The subscription renews on its own for the same period, at the amount you started with, until you cancel. Your account page shows when the next payment is due.
Cancelling
You cancel whenever you like, with one button on your account page or by email. After that, nothing more is charged. Plus runs until the end of the period you already paid for. A running period is not refunded, except on withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 days after your first payment to withdraw without giving a reason. Because you ask for Plus to start right away, you then only pay for the days you already had Plus. You get the rest back within 14 days, the same way you paid. To withdraw, a simple email to contact@nealvdv.be from your account address is enough.
If a payment fails
If a renewal fails, Plus stays until the end of the paid period, then stops until you pay again. If a payment is reversed, Plus stops right away.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep Handig available at all times, but sometimes there is maintenance or an outage. The tools work in your browser: keep your own copy of important files. We are only liable for damage from using the tools in case of intent or gross negligence, and never for more than what you paid for Plus in the last twelve months.
Changes
If these terms or the price change, we let you know by email at least one month in advance. If you do not agree, you cancel before the change takes effect.
Complaints and law
A complaint or question? Email contact@nealvdv.be, we answer within five working days. If we cannot solve it together, you can turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service. Belgian law applies.
Model withdrawal form
Only if you took Plus as a consumer and want to withdraw (see above). Fill it in and email it to contact@nealvdv.be; your own email with the same details is fine too.
